myBCA does not collect any personally identifiable information. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties.

Request logging

In order to help us improve our services and ensure the security of our platforms, myBCA’s backend services may log requests. Request logs may include:

  • Date and time of the request
  • User agent string
  • Origin IP address
  • Destination URL/endpoint

Third-party services

myBCA makes use of third-party services to provide certain infrastructure and functionality.

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging: myBCA uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications for buses you have starred. When you star a bus on one of our mobile apps, your device ID is associated with that bus so that you receive relevant and timely notifications.
  • Cloudflare: myBCA uses Cloudflare to provide CDN, hosting, and platform security services. Cloudflare may process data related to your request. For details as to which specific data is processed, please review Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
